Light and robust
Like all Leofoto tripods, the Urban LX-225CT is made with 10 layers of carbon, a material that provides both better vibration absorption and extreme lightness. It supports a load of up to 6kg, and offers a height of 1.37m unfolded for only 18cm at the lowest thanks to an angle of inclination of the legs of up to 85°.

Ease of use
Leofoto's Urban range is designed for optimum ease of use. Each leg unfolds and folds with a simple hand movement thanks to the Twist-Lock tightening system. A simple quarter turn is enough to tighten and loosen. The Urban LX-225CT is perfectly suited for travelling, urban shooting or studio photo shoots. Its double central column makes it possible to best adapt the position in relation to the subject to be photographed. By loosening the weight hook completely, it can be removed and reversed for macro photography. It can even be completely removed and replaced by a short column (supplied) to photograph at ground level.

Urban tripods are delivered as a kit with a ball joint, so they can be used as soon as they are purchased. The LX-225CT comes with an Arca-Swiss compatible pan and tilt XB-32Q ball head. It has an NP-35 quick release plate to screw under your camera to position it quickly and securely on the tripod. It has a panoramic tightening button and blocking the ball. Integrated into the latter, a friction makes it possible to limit or increase the resistance in an extremely precise manner. A spirit level guarantees quick and easy horizontal positioning.

A very complete kit
Each leg section is equipped with an exclusive system developed by Leofoto: they disassemble completely to be removed and cleaned after your shots. Salt water, sand, dust, mud can be removed to prevent blockage and ensure optimal long-term use. A ¼” screw thread is located at the level of the base in order to position the magic arms (exist in several sizes). You can attach a flash, a torch, a support for smartphones and tablets. This kit comes complete with a carry case, short column, quick release plate, set of Allen keys and a multi-tool.
