RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with BOOK VI article VI.49 [Market practices and consumer protection] :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

Applies only to online purchases.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods .
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (PCH sprl, Rue du Midi 147, 1000 Brussels, 02/5116608, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory to do so.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges arising from you choosing, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard method of delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, in which case there will be no charge to you.

 

You will, however, be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

We may defer a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

 

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

 

You must return or surrender the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.

 

If, within this period, the products had already been delivered, the consumer must imperatively return them in their original packaging intact, not unpacked or damaged, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use to the following address:

Any item whose packaging has been damaged will not be taken back.
