The Peli™ 1535 Air is an ultra-light, indestructible case for storing and transporting high-value photography and video equipment and protected from humidity, dust and shock. The exterior dimensions of the Peli 1535 Air (larger than the Peli 1525 Air) are 55.8 x 30.40 x 22.8cm, its interior dimensions are 51.8 x 28.4 x 18.3cm. The Peli 1535 Air weighs only 4.5 kg.

The world's lightest camera case
The weight of the Peli 1535 Air case is lighter (28% less) than that of a similar camera case like the Peli 1520, thanks to the use of structural elements with a honeycomb pattern and very light patented HPX2 polymer resin. Despite its very light weight, the Peli 1535 Air provides extreme protection against impact, water and dust thanks to the waterproof seal and the tested two-step closure. This optimally protects your cameras and cameras, fragile and precious devices during their transport which can be sudden, calamities, or very bad weather. Peli cases are designed to withstand, among other things, a drop from 1.8m onto a concrete floor.

Waterproof case for camera
The use of a rubber ring seals the Peli 1535 Air. The Peli 1535 Air is also seawater resistant and can even float with a total weight of up to 26.3 kg. The advanced automatic valve allows the Peli 1535 Air to withstand different air pressures. Moisture and dust cannot enter, but air can circulate freely. As a result, you have no vacuum lockout and the Peli 1535 will always open easily, even after being transported by plane.

Can this suitcase be transported as hand luggage on an airplane?
Important to know: you can carry one piece of hand luggage per person on a plane. The maximum weight, which is very important for cameras, differs by airline. It varies from 5 to 12 kilos. As regards the dimensions, they are fixed by the FAI (air federation). If you add up the length, width and depth of your hand luggage, the total must not exceed 115 cm. If you want to know exactly what is and is not allowed, we recommend that you contact your airline before your departure. If it turns out that the suitcase is too heavy or too big, you can still have it checked in without worrying about it.

Easily modifiable interior
The Peli 1535 Air is a suitcase with soft removable wheels, a stainless steel frame, and a telescoping handle so you don't have to carry your suitcase to the airport for example. The cover has conical shaped end caps to reduce the risk of impact. The polycarbonate label holder can be placed on the front or the side of the case. You can easily and quickly change the interior of the suitcase with its removable dividers. Your device is thus securely held in place and at the same time benefits from maximum protection.
