The Peli™ 1514 studio case is a true Peli trolley case with wheels and a retractable extension handle. It differs from the Peli 1510 by the use of bulkheads instead of Peli Pick 'N' Pluck foam. The outer dimensions are 22.5 x 14.5 x 22.9 cm and the inner dimensions of 22.5 x 11.5 x 19.3 cm give space for eg a complete dslr kit. The suitcase floats
The Peli 1514 waterproof studio case meets the highest quality standards and is, among other things, equipped with a neoprene O-ring to make it dust and water resistant. In addition, the suitcase floats. The 1514 is also pressure resistant. The application of a special and automatic pressure valve ensures that humidity and dust remain out, but that air can circulate freely. The slogan: "A suitcase that breathes but cannot get wet on the inside" is therefore quite correct. The practical double-action closures make it easy to open the Peli case, and you lift the case safely and securely by the large, rubber-coated, flip-up handles on the side. By using the padded partitions, you adjust the interior of the suitcase completely as you wish. You can move the removable partitions so that you can adapt the interior exactly to your equipment. The content stays in its place and gets extra protection at the same time.

Very thick wall construction
A waterproof Peli™ carrying case is rock solid. The cases are made of polypropylene copolymer and this material is very strong and flexible and has extreme impact resistance. The 5.3mm thick wall construction has a significantly higher strength to weight ratio than conventional injection molding constructions which make a Peli shell not only strong but also relatively light. The characteristic double ribbing on the surface of the case provides additional impact protection while protecting the hinges and latches. For the hinges, locks and handles stainless steel dowels are used to prevent corrosion and also the padlock protectors are reinforced with stainless steel. This means more strength and security against cutting and theft.
