Voigtländer Color Skopar 28mm F2.8 SLII-S Aspherical Black

The Voigtländer SLII series of manual focus lenses, for 35mm SLR cameras, are constructed with lens barrels fabricated using extremely durable metal parts and focus adjustment rings that are very smooth. With a high-performance optical realization, this Color Skopar 28mmil ensures edge to edge sharpness and unequaled clarity for a precise representation of your subject.

The color and clarity are extraordinary and it can be brought up that close too, thanks to its extra-long focusing propeller of up to 0.15m, rare for a wide-angle lens, and this is achieved with virtually no vignetting! The goal itself is also rewarding. Made of metal, finger recesses for opening and focus knurling are accomplished to achieve the tactile feel of old-fashioned lenses. Its appearance is also very beautiful, it is available in the two variants "white rim" and "black rim" paying homage to the lenses of the 60s and 70s.

The mount for this lens is a Nikon Ai-S mount with built-in processor. In addition to the built-in CPU, the lens also has an Ai coupler, so that the lens can be used on a wide range of cameras, ranging from the bodies of old film cameras of yesteryear to latest digital SLRs.
