The NOKTON 50mm F1.2 X-Mount is an ultra-fast medium telephoto lens designed specifically for Fujifilm

The angle of view of the Voigtländer NOKTON 50mm F1.2 corresponds to approximately 75mm in full frame, making it an ideal lens for portraits. But it is also suitable for many other shooting situations where a slightly longer focal length is required.

The lens design is based on a Sonnar formula with asymmetrical front and rear lens groups. This helps to minimize aberrations and distortion while allowing excellent light transmission. The F1.2 aperture ensures excellent separation of the subject from the background and enables low-light shots with impressive details.

The lens aperture consists of 12 blades that create smooth and natural bokeh effects. With 1/3 stops, it offers precise control over exposure and depth of field.

The minimum focusing distance is only 0.39 m, which gives the photographer the opportunity to create close-up and detailed shots with impressive sharpness of detail.

With a total length of 49.0 mm and a weight of only 290 g, the Voigtländer NOKTON 50 mm F1.2 is extremely handy and easy to transport. The lens hood included in the scope of delivery provides additional protection against stray light and helps to achieve optimal image results.

Notes:
(*1) It is recommended to set the aperture display setting from TNo to FNo in the camera menu.
(*2) It is recommended to change the depth of field display in the camera menu to the film standard (the same value as the depth scale engraved on the lens).
(*3) Please use the latest firmware as performance may not be realized or some functions may be limited if the firmware is older than that listed. To check the firmware of the camera body you are using and obtain the latest firmware, please read the manufacturer's user manual.
(*4) When using with a model that does not support data communication, change the camera body's [Lensless Release] setting to "ON". If you are using the X-T2, you can display the aperture number by changing the aperture value display from TNo to FNo in the settings.
