This new fixed focal length lens for full frame hybrids is the latest addition to the SIGMA I series. The lens combines a maximum aperture of F2, an ultra-wide angle focal length of 20mm and amazing optical performance. It has an exceptionally small footprint, weighing just 370g and measuring just 72.4mm* in length, making it a very practical and portable lens for everyday shooting. It is ideal for landscapes, wide-angle portraits, weddings and interiors, and is particularly well suited to astrophotography thanks to its well-controlled sagittal coma control. This is the fourth lens in the I series with an F2 aperture, following the 24mm, 35mm and 65mm, which together form a set of lenses well suited to L-Mount and Sony E-mount users.

You will notice that the 20mm F2 DG DN | Contemporary is almost identical in size and weight to the very compact SIGMA 24mm F2 I series.
