The circular aperture of the 9-blade diaphragm also delivers exceptional image quality with crisp, precise light beams as well as a subtle gradation of background blur from the center to the edges of the image. . Consisting of 11 elements in 9 groups, the combination of 3 Aspherical Lenses (ASPH) and 3 Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) lenses effectively prevents chromatic aberration and delivers exceptional image quality. Ideal for close-ups thanks to its minimum focusing distance of 0.24m, the LUMIX S 35mm is also suitable for landscapes and portraits.

Also performing in video, the LUMIX S 35mm F1.8 ensures high-performance recording, thanks to ultra-fast 240fps autofocus control, a 'Focus-Breathing' suppression mechanism and micro-step aperture control. for a smooth change of exposure, essential for videographers looking for excellent video performance.
