Separate display interfaces are provided for video and photos, and menus rotate when shooting vertically.

Blazing fast 120 fps for photos
Never miss a decisive moment. Capture 11MP shots at blazing 120fps, or freeze the action at 60fps or 30fps and 45.7MP. All with optimal AF/AE performance without any sight blockage.

Videos:
records razor-sharp video in 8K or 4K and has plenty of features to save space and time. Users can shoot footage in native 12-bit RAW and work on Nikon's N-RAW files, which are half the size of ProRes RAW HQ files. The camera also records Full HD proxy files when internal 8.3K N-RAW or 4.1K ProRes RAW HQ formats are selected.

Pictures :
captures beautiful 45.7MP shots with incredible dynamic range, and offers various burst speeds of up to 120 fps with optimal AF/AE performance without any aiming blockage. With dedicated portrait features, photographers can adjust hue and brightness or soften skin texture.

45.7 Megapixel Full-Frame Multi-Coated CMOS Sensor: Engineered by Nikon to deliver ultra-high definition image quality, the sensor achieves the world's fastest scan rate and contributes, along with the electronic shutter, to virtually eliminate any distortion due to the "rolling shutter" effect.

EXPEED 7:
enables the camera to focus blazingly fast, record smooth video, and achieve high burst speeds. It performs complex AF and AE calculations at incredible speed and separately processes dual-stream data from the multi-coated image sensor.

AF with deep learning:
detects and accurately tracks people, animals (dogs, cats, birds) and means of transport (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trains and planes). Subject detection and AF work down to -9 EV for videos and photos. Eyes stay sharp even if the subject is upside down or moving quickly. The focusing on the faces is very precise, even in full backlight.

Real-time viewfinder and tilting monitor:
embeds a dual stream technology that offers a fluid display without occlusion of the sight. The bright touchscreen monitor is tiltable in four axes.

Support for HDR content:
accepts 10-bit HEIF for photos and 10-bit HLG for videos. Content is instantly visible on HDR screens, without any special intervention.

Two USB-C ports and dual card slots:
equipped with separate communication and USB power sockets to allow fast transfers, even while charging. Dual card slots provide greater shooting and storage flexibility.

Getting started:
safe and comfortable thanks to the handle. Separate display interfaces for videos and photos. Menus rotate when shooting vertically.
