Discover a new kind of autofocus
The EOS R10 can recognize people, vehicles and animals - such as cats, dogs and birds - by tracking them as they move anywhere in the frame8. Even fast-moving subjects are in sharp focus. When photographing people, the EOS R10 prioritizes the eyes of your subject - the "mirror of the soul." If the eyes are not visible, the camera will follow the face. And if your subject moves away for a moment, it will follow his head, then his body.

Faster
React instinctively by capturing fleeting moments with continuous shooting: this camera is ideal for wildlife and sports photography. The EOS R10 can capture continuous bursts of RAW, JPEG or HEIF images at up to 15fps1 (or 23fps using the camera's electronic shutter). All while the camera tracks the subject in the frame, constantly adjusting focus and exposure to suit the scene.

Capture split-second moments
In RAW burst mode, images can be captured at a speed of 30 fps with 75% cropping. Images are stored in a single video file, keeping you organized. Images can then be extracted, processed and edited one by one using our free Digital Photo Professional (DPP) software. When the Pre-Shot function is enabled in the camera menu, the EOS R10 records images from 0.5 seconds before you press the shutter button, so you'll still be able to capture every magical moment.

Responsive
The camera also reacts quickly to your commands, giving you a big advantage when you need to capture a decisive moment. The DIGIC X processor ensures dynamic control and minimal viewfinder latency or blackout so you always feel connected to your subject.

More flexible
Whether you want to shoot stills, video or both, the EOS R10 gives you outstanding image quality in both. It's also portable, weighing just 429g9, so you can always take it with you.

Take control
Photographers can choose to capture JPEG or HEIF files, or RAW files for maximum flexibility in post-production. Our Dual Pixel RAW technology even lets you enhance your images by minimizing sharpness and bokeh, and reducing ghosting.

The perfect balance
A 24.2-megapixel sensor gives you the perfect balance of detail, speed and low-light performance. A maximum sensitivity of ISO 32,000 (expandable to ISO 51,200) allows for more detail and less noise when shooting in the dark. The camera even has a built-in flash for more light if needed. Spin and Panning scene modes are included on the EOS R10, making it easy to get great results when shooting with these techniques.

Exceptional 4K
The EOS R10 lets you capture amazing 4K video that looks great on a UHD display. You can also crop images without loss of quality when editing Full HD projects. Filmmakers can choose between 4K/60p3, for smooth reproduction of moving objects and slow-motion effects, or opt for the stunning 4K/30p upsampled created from the 6K output of the camera's 24.2-megapixel sensor. The results are always outstanding.

Ultra-smooth motion
When capturing in Full HD mode, you'll be able to use frame rates up to 120fps, revealing all the subtleties of motion in moving objects. And for slow-motion scenes, you'll be able to create stunning 4K and Full HD time-lapse videos to further expand your creative arsenal.

From the moment you pick up the EOS R10, you'll feel right at home with the camera - it's designed to feel like an extension of yourself, enhancing your creativity. Buttons and dials are instinctively under your fingers and thumbs, and the camera's electronic viewfinder (EVF) gives you a clear and precise view of the world.

Electronic Viewfinder (EVF)
The EOS R10's 2.36 million-dot electronic viewfinder displays exactly how a captured image looks, from depth of field to white balance to image style. It's convenient, user-friendly and customizable, so you can see only the information you need.

Touchscreen adjustable
The electronic viewfinder features a large, steerable 7.5 cm touchscreen with 1.04 million dots. This allows you to compose and shoot from top to bottom, so you can shoot your subject from different angles.

A system designed today, for the future
The EOS R10 is part of the EOS R System, a collection of cameras, lenses and accessories designed from the ground up to give you great photos and videos, today and tomorrow. A faster, wider (54mm) lens mount gives you new levels of performance, so you can let your creativity run wild.

Integrate and expand
However, you can still use your existing EF and EF-S lenses, thanks to a trio of mount adapter rings. These can also give you additional features, such as customizable controls or a variable ND filter.

The APS-C advantage
Because the EOS R10 has an APS-C sensor, the lenses offer 1.6x more telephoto range than the same focal length on a full frame camera. You'll be able to get up close and personal with your subject for stunning close-up wildlife and action shots.

Always stay connected
The always-on Bluetooth Low Energy connection maintains a constant link, so 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is seamlessly activated when images need to be transferred. You can also control the camera remotely from your smartphone or tablet running the Canon Camera Connect app: you can see what it sees, change settings, and capture photos and videos. To simplify remote operation, the BR-E1 wireless Bluetooth controller is also available. The EOS R10 also features a USB-C port for in-camera charging and shooting when connected to a PC or Mac computer.

Influence your subscribers
Vloggers and content creators can use the EOS R10 to stream professional-quality live video directly to their subscribers on YouTube. Simply connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network, and no computer is required. You can rotate the tiltable LCD screen to get an accurate view if you're giving a presentation.

Your creativity in the cloud
Our image.canon gateway puts your content where it belongs. Images and videos can be easily uploaded directly from the camera to the image.canon cloud via Wi-Fi. From there, they can be moved to long-term storage on other cloud platforms or downloaded to a PC or Mac for editing. To extract the maximum image quality from the EOS R10, try processing RAW images in the image.canon cloud. A neural network image processing engine is used to improve quality to unprecedented levels.
