This B+W gray filter, which reduces aperture by ten f-stops, is considered an extreme filter in pictorial photography. It turns 1/60 s into 15 seconds exposure time without changing the aperture (and depth of field).
The B+W ND 0.9 MRC nano MASTER is absolutely color-neutral, continues to be of the highest transparency and is extremely low-reflection due to the MRC nano coating. The optical signal reaches the image sensor unaffected. No extension factor needs to be taken into account with the extremely clear and highly transparent B+W protective filters.
